At Adee Marine customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our return and refund guidelines carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Window
We accept returns within 15 days from the date of delivery.
Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return.
2. Return Conditions
Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by all accessories, manuals, and original packaging.
Products sold as “Only for Parts” are not eligible for return. We advise customers to carefully review the product listing before purchase.
3. Fees & Charges
Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Shipping Charges: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Customs Duties/Taxes: Any applicable duty or tax charges on returned items must be covered by the buyer.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
