Refund and Returns Policy

At Adee Marine  customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our return and refund guidelines carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Window

  • We accept returns within 15 days from the date of delivery.

  • Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return.


2. Return Conditions

  • Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by all accessories, manuals, and original packaging.

  • Products sold as “Only for Parts” are not eligible for return. We advise customers to carefully review the product listing before purchase.


3. Fees & Charges

  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Shipping Charges: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Customs Duties/Taxes: Any applicable duty or tax charges on returned items must be covered by the buyer.


4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and issued to the original payment method used at checkout.


5. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Purchase Order (PO) Number

  2. Payment Receipt

  3. Reason for Return
