  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We ship orders using trusted courier and freight partners to ensure safe delivery.

  • Standard delivery timelines:

    • Domestic Shipping (within India): 5–7 business days

    • International Shipping: 7–15 business days (may vary based on destination and customs clearance)

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays, strikes, or natural events.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, package weight, and dimensions.

  • International shipments may incur additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email.

  • Customers can track their shipment using the courier’s official tracking portal.


5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please report it to sales@adeemarine.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the damaged package/item.

  • For lost shipments, our team will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue. Refunds  or replacements will be offered based on investigation results.
